 Community Education Events
|
One of the Auxiliary’s proudest achievements has been to sponsor annual Community Education Events. Each year the Auxiliary brings together a panel of experts to present programs of interest to people diagnosed with mental illness and those who care for them. The events offer valuable information and are free and open to the public. Past topics have included:
- “Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Conservatorship”
- “The Criminal Justice System and People with Mental Illness”
- “Living Together with Mental Illness by Practicing Feng Shui”
- “Club Houses: Client Activity Centers to Enrich Your Life”
