Lisa Pham graduated from the University of California, San Diego for her undergraduate education, and Western University of Health Sciences College of Pharmacy for her PharmD. She is currently a pharmacist at Rite Aid Pharmacy. She enjoys volunteering at health fairs or other community events as time permits. Outside of pharmacy, she also regularly spends her free time at Disneyland with friends and family.


Dr. Janine Galasso is a clinical Oncology/Hematology Pharmacist at UC San Diego. She graduated from The University of Sciences in Philadelphia in 2009 and went on to complete a Post-Doctoral acute care residency at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center in 2011. Dr. Galasso worked as an Oncology Pharmacist in both medical and gynecologic oncology at Pinnacle Health System before going on to complete a second Post-Doctoral residency in Hematology/Oncology at UC San Diego in 2013. She serves as the primary preceptor for the inpatient Heme/Onc rotation at UCSD and the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.


Dr. Jennifer Humeniuk graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Pharmacy and went on to complete a PGY-1 Community Pharmacy residency with the University of Cincinnati and Kroger Pharmacy. Dr. Humeniuk worked as a clinical community pharmacist with Kroger Pharmacies in Cincinnati before relocating to California, where she worked as a pharmacy manager and patient care coordinator with Ralphs Pharmacy.  She currently works as a Manager of Medication Management at MedImpact Healthcare Systems.  Dr. Humeniuk is licensed as an Advanced Practice Pharmacist and is a Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist as well as a Certified Diabetes Educator.  She is also a graduate of CPhA's Leadership Development Institute (LDI) and serves on the inaugural board of CPhA's Pharmacy Leadership Network (PLN).  


David graduated from the University of the Pacific in 2001 and has been practicing in San Diego County for 18 years, currently working as a staff pharmacist for BriovaRx pharmacy. He enjoys working with and precepting student local pharmacists. In his free time, David enjoys playing with his kids and running.


Mari is a graduate of the Daniel K. Inouye College of Pharmacy at the University of Hawaii, Hilo where she received her Doctorate of Pharmacy in May 2017. She completed her PGY1 Community-Based Residency at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy and is now doing her PGY2 Residency in Health Systems Pharmacy Administration at the VA San Diego. She also currently serves as the Secretary for the San Diego Society of Health Systems Pharmacy. Outside of the pharmacy she enjoys cooking, anime, Game of Thrones, hiking, and traveling. 


Hugh graduated from the University of California San Diego and University of Michigan College of Pharmacy. He completed his PGY1 pharmacy residency at the VA Sierra Nevada and  a PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics Residency at the VA San Diego. He is interested in population health, data analytics and applying informatics principles towards solving real world pharmacy issues. In his free time, Hugh enjoys running, surfing, and serving those in his community.


Thanhlan is a second-year student pharmacist at Creighton University School of Pharmacy and Health Professions. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego with a BA in Mathematics. She is currently working as an intern pharmacist at CVS. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, photography and travel.  


Eric He graduated from UCLA with a degree in Microbiology, Immunology, & Molecular Genetics and is currently a P1 student at the UCSD Skaggs School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his colleagues playing cards or board games.


Dr. Edwards attended WesternU College of Pharmacy and completed a PGY-1 Residency in Community Practice there. He went on to a PGY-2 in Pharmacy Informatics at the VA San Diego Healthcare System.   He is currently a Clinical Analytics Manager at MedImpact PBM.  His work interests include community practice, ambulatory care, technology, and healthcare analytics. He looks forward to working with the SDCPhA board.
